a) Handle 2 circles and 3 Sates [1 – North-III (HP & JK), 2 – North VII (Punjab)], 25 ASI’s, 4 ASM’s & 2 CSM’s.b) Preparing& monitoring on sales report like Primary, Secondary, Dealer Billed, and Activation etc.c) Making Target and distribute to ASI, ASM, Distributors.d) Analysis on APD comparison between Current Month & Last 3 Month AVG APD.e) Monitoring on growth – de-growth over activation & Performance of the ASI & Distributors, Retailers.f) Preparing Sales Team Performance on their KPA’s.g) Co-ordinate and always trying to push sales team to achieve their targets over 100%.h) Analysis on Business Report like channels Reports, Circle Reports, and State wise reports.i) Prepare Dashboard of all reports and published to Sales team, ASM & CSM’s.j) Handle corporate queries & issues.k) Analysis on distributor & dealer demo’s as per policy.l) Handling dealer demo activities like: Demo Activation, Demo Delink, and Demo Conversion – Trade to Regular etc.m) Also Handling Incorrect Transaction of the dealers (Reversal).n) Handle document process & Security Agreement of the new partners.o) Also co-ordinate to process full and final of the existed partners.p) Handling Credit Note & Debit Note Working of the Channel Partners.q) Handle different kind of mapping like dealer relinking, ASI & ASM wise mapping, Town Wise mapping etc.a) Working with Remote Desktop, ORS, Siebel & PRM (Partner Sales Management) and handle related all activities.

a) Maintain more than 70 MIS on daily basis.b) Maintaining Zone wise ,Distributor wise, Additional Distributor wise & Vodafone Store wise Cif collection bucketing MIS for Punjab & HP circlec) Maintaining document Rejection MIS for Punjab & HP Circled) Monitoring MTD rejections and raising alarm if required.e) Activation Audit & Provisioning Audit.f) Rectification of the provisioning error.g) Analysis on customer’s complaint/Request/Enquiries.h) Handle Prepaid provisioning as Sims Pairing, SID uploading, PID uploading, Churn Activities, ZMOU’s uploading on monthly basis etc.i) Handle VTM (Term Submission Database) activities individually.j) Also handle database related queries form Term Cell.k) Co-ordinate with corporate team (Mumbai HO) and handle their requirement.l) Given automation in all MIS to control TAT of the same.m) Handle complete subscriber base of the both circle HP or PJB.n) Handle subscriber recon on HLR vs BILLING system.o) To insure maintain the 100 % HSW Rules by me and my team
