● Taken part in the qualification of welders, welding procedure (WPS, WQT, & WPQ) and welding consumables (EQT) as per ASME Section IX and ASME Section II (PART-C).● Monitoring of various welding processes like SMAW, GTAW and choosing of   correct WPS as per the requirements.● Stage wise fabrication of piping material i.e. LTCS. & Deep knowledge of Radiography and Ultrasonic testing● Inspections are carried out at each stage like fit up, welding and weld visual.● Monitoring of welding consumables storage, handling, and holding requirement as per B31.3● Involving in the preparation of various documentation related to different test (WPS, WPQ, WQT and EQT).● Inspecting and checking of preheating and interpass temperature taking corrective action.● Witness of various Tests like DPT,MPT & pre-hydro testing.● Estimating the Quantity of Material To complete the process.● Monitoring of consumables storage, handling, and holding requirement.● Involving in the preparation of various documentation related to different test (WPS, WPQ, WQT and EQT).● Preparing daily, weekly & monthly progress records of the project.●Bill Preparation checking and certifying.
