Based in Los Angeles, I am the Vice President of Growth & Development at PBS Engineers, Inc. I am an expert in developing business opportunities across multiple markets including aviation and transportation markets. I connect people across industries in pursuit of opportunities and to advance strategic initiatives. I have extensive experience in developing and leading growth strategies for companies and organizations I work with as well as developing people and teams to help execute those strategies. I’ve led large teams in client delivery on multiple high dollar contracts for both government and commercial clients. I have a successful track record of mentoring, training, and developing teams of technical and project management experts. I excel at big picture and forward thinking approaches. I am a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion and work with others to understand the best way to adopt this into their operations and company culture. I lead and support initiatives that help to advance opportunities for small and diversified businesses. I see small business partners as critical components of a successful company’s and community’s growth.I co-founded a podcast called No U-Turn, which is focused on spotlighting key figures in aviation and transportation that are not only advancing the industries into the future but also playing a key part in paying it forward to future industry leaders and making genuine connections in the communities they work and live in. I also serve on the Executive Board of the LAX Coastal Chamber of Commerce and on the Advisory Board of the Veterans Chamber of Commerce in Los Angeles. I am working with small and disadvantaged businesses to connect them and open up doors to new opportunities. I find passion in playing a small part in connecting people and helping make impact in the community.
