Project : NMDC-Initiative: Enhancing Governance – A scheme for Appropriate Intervention (EG: SAI)• The framework of my functions under the NMDC-Initiative is to assesscurrent status of good governance (GG), structure schemes (micro ormacro) for promoting good governance in various levels of governments–federal, provincial and local- through multi-dimensional approachincluding, among others, inclusive (focused on the marginalized andwomen Governance), participatory, and responsive methods (assuringaccountability and sustainability).• Good governance through ICT-empowerment. A modality of ICTempowermentfor good governance in rural areas in Nepal.• The modality of functioning includes, among others,desk-work (online or office-based), fieldwork, focus groupdiscussion, consultation/facilitation to decision-makers/implementers

Research: National Integrity System Assessment of Nepal 2015• A study cause of good governance by improving the performance ofspecific pillars of the NIS: Executive, Judiciary, Public Sector, LawEnforcement Agencies, Electoral Management Body, Supreme AuditInstitution, Anticorruption Agencies, Political Parties, Media, Civil Society,and Business.• This study probes the capacity, governance and roles of NIS pillars alongwith existing legal regime, and status of the application of law. Thediscrepancies that exist assist us to prescribe anti-corruption solutionsbefitting the potential of these pillars.

Monitor Emergency situations on Base stations using softwareapplication like EMS, Imanager, E300 (for ZTE MUX alarms),Eguard.Monitoring and using Eguard connection of various sites for Batteryvoltage, DG fuel level. Checking MISU (for Eguard) connection forNcell(Part of Telia Sonera) sites. Co-ordinating and helping teamfor MISU connection.

Take immediate response to resolve them notify the teamsof engineers responsible for maintenanceand coordinate them with alarms and handling , as well aspower related problems of GSM, WCDMA, VSAT, Optical Fiber,Satellite communication.Preparation of necessary reports of the process and results ofthe resolution and timely reporting to senior management.
