Aircel OFC & SDH Equipments Planning, Execution & Lease Media Planning:Currently working & interfacing with vendors like ZTE & Huawei for any transmission related activities.Responsible for planning & implementation of ZTE SDH based Mux like S385, S330, S320 and S200 mainly for Abis/BTS/Sites Connectivity.Looking into traffic route planning for all BSCs/MGWs, capacity wise planning & optimization for Higher Nodes/Rings. Interacting with different BSC Engineers for adding GPRS/GB links for New BSCs & Optimization of GPRS capacity for existing BSCs.Noteworthy Contributions:Headed a team of 17 members.Successfully Launched the UPW GSM Network for Aircel in May'09.

Accountabilities:Responsible for network planning & engineering - long ASON & mesh network, metro transport networks and network surveillance and monitoring.Playing a key role in capacity planning for enterprise customer connectivity involved feasibility check for bandwidth, forecast of BW requirement and optimization by performing ring splitting, ring up gradation and traffic migration.
