Designed and managed the training of Metro personnel and post-sales service during the defect liability period with zero downtime. This resulted in a repeat order of lighting control systems. This amounted to 17% of revenue for 18-19. Opened new geography by getting the Navi Mumbai metro lighting control project which amounted to 4 % of company revenue in 19-20. Identified a need for a training curriculum that was responsive to market trends. Setup and managed the same. . Identified relevant external training programs and seminars to be attended.Positioned ivorysense solutions and capabilities to Bangalore International Airport authorities generated a lead for a lighting design consultancy for the art program at Terminal 2 in Bangalore international airport. It got converted into a order amounting to 1.2 % of revenue in 20-21.Based on detailed discussions with Dell developed a product PoC in the IoT space aligned with Dells IoT strategy and ivorysense’s vision.This resulted in a strategic partnership with Dell. Designed a unified dashboard for monitoring the health of running projects and to forecast resource requirements.Designed solution templates that could then be used to iteratively arrive at a workable solution in a collaborative mode with customers. Designed a tool / framework for different solution verticals. Setup the exhibition booth at the 2012 SteelFAB expo in Sharjah. Performed the live demo at the venue.Understood customer needs through discussions with users at different levels of operations in Emirates Aluminium. Designed radio remote control solution for overhead cranes. Handled sales, executed the order, and trained EMAL personnel on the new control interface. Streamlined the safety process and surveyed and planned the works effectively to handle more contractors. Was the first engineer to get a sign off on project invoices. It Amounted to 5% of the overall project value.Managed transformer structure changing works for the entire south division in APDRP Project. Completed it with limited resources and an aggressive time frame.Gave a winning demo for a prestigious project RLMS (Rural load Management System). Started the survey / estimation works and set up operations in Chickballapur for the RLMS project.
