• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle for all levels for Perm& staffing (contract) Positions.• Forecasting the future requirements & searching prospective employee through job portals & stimulating them to apply for the job in an organization• Short-listing and scrutinizing the profiles & screening the information about each candidate & placing them according to the requirement of an organization• Conducting preliminary interviews & selecting the appropriate candidate whose specialization matches with the company needs• Providing interviewers a clear image about the job for which the candidate are being interviewed• Handling activities like letter of appointment, Taking care of employees paperwork & maintaining leave cards• Providing proper feedback to the candidates& Convincing the candidates on the respective offers• Providing proper trainings to the new trainee• Applying new methods (kaizen technique) to improve the relationship between employer & employee• Applied the LEAN technique to reduce the cycle time of recruitment cycle process.
