Engaging in all phases of new product development of harnesses and Power cords, process Improvement, team management, documentation, manufacturing introduction and service support.• Co-ordinate with customer for new product enquiry to technical side till PPAP approval.• Responsible for Initial sample submission/Quotation/Costing breakup.• Evaluating the technical feasibility of new product and process concept, critical parameters study, Analyzing and clarification prepared.• Customer end visit for new product development & handling new enquiries from INDIA MART• Responsible for creating & submission to customer as per requirement and maintaining the necessary documentations for product (PPAP,BOMs, ,Control plan, In Process check sheets, APDP,PSW, PFD, Drawings, PFMEA, Process work instruction, Wires & cables specifications, Assembly & testing procedure).• Ensure that required product documentation (requirements & process/product specifications) is created & released in timely. • Coordinating with planning dept., manufacturing dept. along with Quality dept. to achieve the targeted new product development, PO Coordinate with SCM team/Customer.• Responsible for Engineering change number (ECN’s), 4M Change request, Nonconformance report (NOC’s) and its implementation. • Customer audit & Internal audit. • Minimizing performance bottlenecks for higher productivity by maximizing men, material and machine. • Responsible for controlling & releasing of documents to all departments (Product & ISO documentations).• Provided engineering support to the supplier, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Departments to ensure product and process compliance with regulations.• Customer complaint handling & 8D report submission.• Responsible for ISO documentation ISO9001 & ISO14001 (Format/Audit plan/Schedule/Trainings etc.)• Managing training of Staff & Workers (OJT & Standard)• Conducting Management review meeting (MRM): Time, regulation, systematic & review & daily morning meeting.• Ensuring achievement of target of subordinates.• Involving in VA/VE & Cost Saving Activities & implementing.
