1. Provide advice, guidance, and information to prospects and existing students on admissions requirements to the various programmes offered at by college. 2. Manage all enquiries via phone/email/in person etc. deriving from direct sales efforts or through third party websites, affiliates, and online communities. 3. Lead the development and management of recruitment campaigns and work closely with the team to achieve enrolment numbers. 4. Organize & coordinate, recruitment events/activities such as education fairs nationwide. 5. Work closely with the Registry Department, Academics, and other related departments with a focus on enrolling the eligible prospects.7. Hiring & training staffs in small group to drive in more recruitments and achieve targets.8. Handling and resolving customer queries/complaints regarding services/products with the relevant departments.
