Hello , My name is Ravi Kumar. and presently I am working in RICO AUTO INDUSTRIES as a Section Engineer in Maintenance Department. I have over 9.5 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance. My last company was MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD. Gurgaon where I worked as a Electrical Associate over 9 years. I learn a lots of things there like how to work in Maintenance Department. I do there electrical Breakdown, corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance. I do CNC maintenance also. where the Fanuc system was install in machine. I do PLC mitsubushi ladder programming, comment writing, modification work in PLC. Same type in CNC machine we work like LADDER editing, comment writing, and much more in CNC machine. We do there VFD installation there. We do maintenance in MAKINO, BFW, JYOTI, FRD, HOWA, NTC, KOMATSU, TONGTIE, BROTHER, NISSIN, PARI, KENAMETAL etc. We do Implemention of 5S KIZEN activites there.We do MITSUBISHI A series PLC up-graded with R series PLC in 10 Machines to reduce troubleshooting time and spare part failure.• Planning and implementation of various poke-yoke (Fool Proof) Engine block and crank machining lines to detect quality flaws in parts.• Energy saving related project planning and Execution.• Implementation of In-house made tool checkers in HOWA SPM machine in Engine Head line.• GOT designing of head line machines in Howa SPM Machines.I do trainings in Mitsubishi PLC installation and Programming training• Mitsubishi GOT Designing training• Mitsubishi VFD installation and parameter setting
