Sending a report to the mill about the complaints attended and advising corrective actions for the rejected materials. Grey materials quality: Random checking of grey quality parameters and Boil off tests to En roll the received material to check before dyeing. Quality improvement /Continual Improvement: Taking necessary preventive and corrective actions to improve the quality based on previous customer complaints and feedback. Quality Audit & Inspection: Inspecting the finished materials and ready for dispatch materials to ensure final products quality.
