Current• Interacting with customer and understanding the incident, providing resolution through tickets / remedy etc• E2E process ownership and drive process improvements for better application availability and higher productivity.• Responsible for fixing bugs, working on Change Request, code review and implementation of new features.• Actively involved in understanding and resolving issues related to design and implementing the tasks based on requirement. • Involved in Unit testing.• Improve the performance and increase stability of the application which can decrease incidents with automates script and Business improvement tasks.• Coordinating with various teams including business and helping offshore team in resolving the issue.• Updating the sql scripting, Package, store procedures based on the Bug fixing/requirement.
