I have a Master Degree in Social Work (MSW) from Shobhit University Meerut and a certification courses certificate in HRM from APPIN Tech. Lab (USDLA) With 2nd class and also 2 years worked with CII core HR Team and got many trainings & experienced from him.During the tenure of my working, along with the clarity of Human Resource Management concepts, I acquired rich experience in various HR sub-functional areas such as setting up HR policies and procedures, HR planning & recruitment, defining roles & responsibilities through KRA setup, training and development, competency mapping, reward and compensation management, creativity management, industrial relations and good liaison with government authorities, 100% internal external statutory compliances, EHS compliances and handling strong administrations. I am creative, Smart working, self-motivated a good learner and work with full loyalty and integrity. I strongly believe in system and process driven working.
