• Review of Vendor Drawings like General Arrangement Drawing (GAD), Piping drawings, Motor drawing and vendor submitted compliance in specifications and data sheet for material submittal received from vendor etc.• Prepare Procurements status of all Equipment/Items on weekly basis.• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports which includes Procurement status of all Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation items and site work progress for month and forecast for next month.• Prepare the Payment Applications, Review and Approval of Supplier’s Invoices, Petty Cash Approvals.• Prepare the Extension of Time and cost claim. • Coordinating with sub-vendors for document submissions and approval of technical submittals.• Ensure team close-down, and staff is properly re-allocated.• Managing permissions & permits of all government agencies.• Ensure that Risk Analysis & Mitigation plan is in place before staring the job to provide safe working environment.• Co-ordination with Client, Other/Interface Contractors, Municipality, Ministry of Environment, Custom Dept etc.• Take immediate Action on Critical Path to optimize the delay. • Prepare the purchase Requisitions, Technical Bid Comparison/ Review/ Comments/ Compliance, Raw Material Source/ Country of Origin, Equipment Ordering, Manufacturing Follow-ups, Expediting, Collection of Technical Documentation and Review Compliance, Inspections, Shipment, Custom Clearance, Receipt Inspection and Storage.• Review the Specification: Material Compatibility & Selection, Deviations, Purchase Requisitions, Technical Submittals, Engineering Design comments discussion and way forward Resolution, Suppliers’ Quotation Review and Comments Prepare SPIR. • Construction & Completion• Full understanding for the Pre-commissioning, Commissioning tests, Performance tests and reliability runs throughout the commissioning and warranty periods of a Produced water / WWTP/ SWTP plant.
