• Expertise in Employee Central module and having knowledge in Time off Module.• MDF and Foundation objects– Have working knowledge on Foundation objects, MDF Object configurations and mapping between objects.• Having good working knowledge on requirement in Workbook Configuration.• Employee Data/UDF file: Knowledge on Importing and Exporting employee’s data to maintain the mini master data.• Picklist- Configuration of set of options from which user can make selection from drop-down or smart search list and mapping the picklist objects.• Good Working knowledge on creating Associations.• Good knowledge in creating Event reasons and Workflow with respective Dynamic Roles and Groups.• Having knowledge in TIME OFF (Creating holidays/Calendar/Work Schedule/Time type/Time A/C type, Time Profile)• Good working knowledge in Role Based Permission.• Basic knowledge on business rules.
