I have been enjoying my fifteen years of career in the hospitality that has empowered me for a great sense of guest anticipation. It has also given me the ability for the fine tuning of the situation and better understanding to handle any odd situation on the shop floor.It was a tough way up the ladder from a Trainee steward to an Outlet manager, I have come through various critical situation which has made me a better professional every time . And I thank all my colleague for mentoring me the way up. Having ten years of experience in India with the biggest hotel brands (The Oberoi's / ITC hotels & The Taj). From quality to quantity gone through all the stages of operation. As a manager I not managing the team but leading the group as an example. The best way to lead the team is to be the part of the team . As a leader I take the team forward by following all the set procedure and standard by the organization. With my areas of expertise, I have been able to meet and exceed the expectations of my organization and to provide my valued customers with an uncompromising service by creating a friendly and warm environment for my guests and team members.
