The duties include attending meetings and competently communicating with clients, vendors, major asset owners, and stakeholders.• Supervised all construction, maintenance, and operations activities on project sites. This includes Quality checking, Inspection of work as per drawings, co-ordination with procurement, Electrical and Mechanical team for the smooth progress of work as per schedule.• Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.• Preparing and projecting weekly/Monthly/ Quarterly reports (MBR, MOR, QBR)• Monthly office rental, vendor invoice processing as per agreements.• Managing and maintaining the entire HSE & facility.• Manpower handling- Technical and soft services• Projects end to end process (Budgeting, design, and execution).• Implementing the HSE procedures and policies.• Providing the necessary training and support to the technical and soft service team.• Coordinating with vendors and completing the PM activities as per plan and agreements.• Project Handling/Coordination sites with end to end process.• Ensuring SOP for all the critical equipment’s.• Scheduling the site leader’s walkthrough.
