I am an expert in improving manufacturing processes with the help of Technology and Innovation backed by strong facts and analysis. Moreover, I mentor Lean six sigma projects in key areas to improve rejections and productivity towards a cultural change in the plant leading to major advancements in the profitability. I am also the champion for TPM and TQM initiatives apart from the Lead Auditor in WCM.My professional experience has equipped me with extensive international exposure in various businesses to drive best-in-class practices and lead to a turn-around of the plant operations. Further to my experience, I am skilled at managing Process design, Strategy formulation, and Resource allocation, along with conception of green field and brown field projects.
