Handling all Management Information System reports for Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd. Retail Insurance Product of Karnataka with the partnership of SKS microfinance. Monitoring Death insurance claims, handling customers records and policy renewals status on monthly basis.Management of enrolled member data, and maintaining Death cases status with end to end tracking.Preparation of Reports based on death and surrender cases, which gives the attention of active member by the senior management.Provide required detailed reports to senior management for taking prior action on critical cases under the cases of death and surrender.Coordinating with the regional RMs, AMs to show the problematic branches in the Surrender and death case settlements.Cross checking of the death claim documents and sending them to Bajaj HO for the reimbursement.Approval of death claims for deceased clients for all branches of Karnataka.Giving advice and finding solutions to various member service issues from branches.Preparing other kind of miscellaneous reports assigned by senior manager on time to time with all the required details.

Roles and Responsibilities:• Preparing MIS reports (Frank list, Dispatch for the day, Branch forward cases, Insurance stamp register, Daily Insurance update, Policy dispatch details, POD details update, RSTN upload, Stationery utilization details).• Quality Checking of Policy Certificates (Agency & Rural Cases).• Error rectification in policy bonds.• Handling Dispatch Activities of Agency & Rural Cases.• Handling CIMS (Customer Identification Management System) Correction.• Maintaining RMS (Records Management System). • Scrutiny of Applications and Rising Manual Pending.• Data Entry of Rural Application & Generating NBFE Report.
