Current1. Leveraging efforts to support client’s compliance related requirements & requests though independent resolution to achieve client satisfaction. 2. Supporting client Service teams through timely client inquiry resolution and phone support to assist with client resolution and satisfaction. 3. Ensuring all related areas of uncertainty are raised to be addressed by the Legal and Compliance teams. 4. Maintaining a list of high risk entities and delivery Deliver of a Know Your Business Partner (KYBP) system to ensure all material Vendors/Suppliers are carefully checked for ethical standards prior to acceptance into the Argus supply chain.5. Supervising and overseeing the company-wide supplier contracts’ database including ad-hoc support to the Compliance team on project type activities and potential support for Company Secretarial activities. 6. Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to clients.7. Strictly following risk modules standards such as Sanctions and Embargoes, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality. 8. Initiating new assessments by filling in the business partner master data or request the vendor via dashboard on the platform.9. Conducting risk assessment to determine the relevant risk areas and executing a structured management plan and providing clear remediation measures to reduce the relevant risks based on the risk profile.
