Current• Study and analyze Plant and Equipments requirement of the Project.• Sourcing of Plant and Equipment from various suppliers.• Requesting quotations for equipments. • Finalizing the quotations in coordination with Plant Manager.• Based on the approved quotations, Preparing equipment hire contract, get approved,• Assessing the Operators and Drivers of the Equipments along with proper documentation.• Assessing the equipments with proper VELOSI Certifications. • Coordinate with Plant Timekeepers for proper maintenance of Plant Time log sheets.• Approving the invoices of Suppliers related to equipments.• Coordinate with Plant workshop for breakdown of equipments.• Getting quotations and sourcing suppliers for scrap materials (Steel/Cable) • Developing reports on the stand by and idle workings of equipments • Developing monthly MIS Reports for effective decision making.• Analysis on project job costs.• Fixed asset management • Budget forecasting for all Equipments• Analyzing sub contractor’s payment certificates.• Analyzing operating costs and suggesting suitable control measures.
