As a senior system associate at Infosys, I solve complex client problems and maintain various applications and platforms, using my expertise in ArcGIS, SQL, MySQL, Oracle, ServiceNow, API, Technical support, Troubleshooting and log monitoring tools. I have been in this role since April 2023, after being promoted from a system associate position for my outstanding performance and skills in problem-solving, client requirements, and root cause analysis.I hold a master of computer applications degree from the University of Mysore, where I learned advanced concepts and techniques in computer science and software development. I also have a bachelor of computer applications degree from Sandip University, where I developed a strong foundation in programming, data structures, algorithms, and databases. I am motivated to enhance my knowledge and skills, and to apply them to real-world scenarios and challenges.
