-Review and Revised J85 Planning for Stg 1 & 2 TW updating MOS Technical Plan to meet OEM’s RequirementsDeveloping and testing process to bring High Temp Silicone Aluminum paint in house while ensuring all technical and quality requirements. Developed and iterated fixture design while actively listening to operators suggestions to ensure fixture is easily operable. An estimated cost saving of $250 per seal, which will save production over $6000 per batch-Review and analyze Engineering Change Request (ECR) by GE gathering information and updating necessary planning, op sheets, MPA, NC tape, tooling etc. as required.
