● Prepare the Estimation of costing and material details as per customer specification and IEC standards.● Prepare detailed drawings of panel and layout.● Coordinate with the customer and clarify the panel comments as per customer scopes and Panel Standards. ● Drawing approval get from client after that manufacturing the panel.● Panel Document and assurances certificates all summit the Third party inspection.● As built drawings and all kinds of panel details summit the customer.● Maintaining of files and Records of documents as are represented within the Standards.

● Studies and understands the scope of work and specifications of the projects and preparing detailed engineering drawings. ● Preparing the Compliance statement for project specification.● Coordinate with Estimation Engineer to prepare the project BOQ for client offer.● Design of High current systems such as MCC’s (Motor Control Center),EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling) Crane Panel, PLC & RLC based Soot Blower Panels, Heat Tracking Panels, LV Distribution boards like MDB,s, DB’s, External Lighting Control Panels, Starter Control Panels, Annunciator Panels, Junctions Box etc., as per IEC Standards.● Panel design, Switch Disconnector, MCCB, Contactors, OLR selection and fitment, General arrangement of all components, Cable trunking, Wiring routes as per customer requirements and as per IEC standards. ● Selection of Components, wire sizes, Busbar sizes, cable trunking, Enclosure, Ventilation unit.● Verifying the Schematic diagram.● Preparation of detailed Technical Submittals to get the Approval from Clients and Consultants.● Discuss with Customer/Consultant engineers to understand requirements and discuss/present potential technical solutions in a clear and comprehensive manner with ability to approach technical issues in analytical manner. ● Inspect the panel construction to ensure that fabrication, wiring and operations conform to standards, safety and customer requirements. ● Verification of As built drawings and Test Certificates. ● Preparation of Operation and Maintenance Manual. ● Maintaining of files and ensure that the Record of documents as are represented within the ISO Rules.
