Assisting and managing the department according to the established concept statement providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible services.  Handling a wide gamut of functions related to hotel reservations, making outbound calls to the travellers; responding them via e-mails for by providing complete information.  Updating guest profiles in Galileo as and when required. Carrying out quality checks or audits for reservations done by team members and performing other related duties as assigned. Client Servicing Providing assistance to the clients in determining their itineraries & travel plans, offering them the most competitive travel solutions.  Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with clients to understand their requirements & customizing products & services. Addressing customers’ complaints & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery service norms ensuring value added services to customers for enhancing their satisfaction levels.Team Management Providing motivation to the team members ensuring optimum performance. Supervising and training new joinees as well as making them aware of process.-  Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.
