 Maintenance • Maintenance, inspection and execution of packing section which includes eight 16 spout packer, 6 no. of truck loading machine, 16 no. of wagon loading machine, five number of Silos, three 100T weigh bridge, inline motion weigh bridge, loco system.• Maintaining the electrical inventory for the section with the coordination of planning team.• Maintenance Cleaning 5S & TPM Activity on shop floor along with documentation. Project Handling-• Approval of various engineering documents like SLD, power and controls scheme of MCC, cable schedule, cable routing, earthing layout etc.• Selection and approval of various field instruments as per plant requirement.• Selection and approval of PLC specifications as per system requirement.• Coordinating project activities including works scheduling to ensure timely completion without any cost and time overrun.• Developing & executing the best practices & standard operating procedures targeting at organizational excellence; reducing downtime of the plant. Service Desk-• Maintaining the TPM, 5S and AM documentation.• SPOC for Packing, Unloading and TAT for the entire BU. SPOC for Packing, Unloading and TAT for the entire BU. Works closely with other plants on the improvement action plans.• Preparing and submitting PPTs including MIS, scorecard, dashboard and status of action plans to top management.

• On site commissioning and maintenance of the cement packing and loading machines manufactured by the company i.e FLSmidth Ventomatic.• Define the functions to be included in test commissioning. • Testing of packer machine, communication with HMI and its operations before dispatch.• Software version updates in HMI used for packer operation.• Commissioning of Check-weigher and interfacing it with Ventolink.• AMC of packer machine.• Execute field observations and document day to day observations for commissioning purpose.• Coordinate with various disciplines and work closely with entire project team.
