 Designing and implementation of statistical tools from Incoming inspection to Shipment of the product. Thorough Knowledge in 7 QC tools, Control Chart, Sampling plan, Design Of Experiment, Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and additional knowledge in Data Analytics. Implementation of SPC and MSA system in line with ISO/IATF standard requirements. SPC is implemented through control charts that are used to monitor the output of the process and indicate the presence of problems requiring further action.  Continuously evolves the Quality Control system to take advantage of new and emerging automated inspection methods, manufacturing methods, and industry best practices Manages the operation of the Incoming, In-Process, and Finished Goods inspection and acceptance of electronic components, sub-assemblies, and finished products Promotes and encourages a work environment that challenges employees to constantly search for ways to perform their activities more efficiently and effectively, especially where automated and semi-automated methods can be employed Formulates response to internal audit findings and CAPAs Manages the activities of the quality control department to create a culture of quality awareness, teamwork, and cooperation with all departments within the Facility. Work with QC project management and other functions to determine sample forecast and priority Ensures that all safety procedures are understood and followed by providing up to date safety training to all employees and auditing procedures Support development, implementation, and analysis of quality measurements to improve organization and program performance Evaluate data for trends indicative of product performance, method performance, or analyst performance. Applies Lean and Six Sigma tools to analyse and resolves problems, and assists others in solving work problems.

 Analyzing large data where I have developed a multiple regression model for the variables those are affecting the sales of a product. Also analyze each factor to know which factor is playing a major role for the sales of the product, category wise trend breaks/seasonal variations etc. Using Specific Modeling techniques (Predictive Modeling using Store – Level Regression Models) for the client requirements into project specifications. Using various Statistical Models providing data solutions with technical and analytical issues, interpreting the outputs and preparing client presentations. Interpret the model-based outputs and look at our campaign’s effectiveness, efficiency and Marketing Return on Investment.  Measures incrementally by campaign for all tactics for better understand drivers of incremental profit.  Predict the sales using statistical estimation models; also compare brand loyalty in Indian markets for a particular retail product against its competitor products, examination of different key factors for deciding the brand loyalty.  Monitor the Quality Checks algorithms to ensure stores with a-typical controls or contribution are identified and corrected.  Day to day communicates with in the team and onshore team for obtaining information in accordance to the undergoing projects. Fit a multiple regression model to predict the sales(dependent variable) using different factors(independent variables) like advertisings, seasonality, shop availability, geographic location, age group, etc. Testing how well the regression models fits using ANOVA and different statistical techniques. Analyze each factor and suggesting the client which factor plays a major role for the sales and helps them in framing their promotional activities.
