In my 4 years of experience I have learned the BGV process how verification is to be done. I have done verification of (Address, Criminal, Education, Employment, Data Base and Identity). Updating clients on a daily basis regarding cases and any new verification in come in BGV industry will share information to our clients through calls and emails.I have to prepare MIS data to clients regarding cases. In that data we shows how much cases we have received from clients and how much we have closed cases in Within TAT and Outside TAT and how much is in insuff cases. For insuff cases we send insuff data to clients with insuff remarks so that they get to know why the cases are in insuff. Sometimes we called (education entity) and (employment firm) also to get verification complete. Once the case are closed we have to shared final reports to clients.I have received 2 times appreciation certificate from our Chief Operating Officer for outstanding work and building Good reputation from clients and handling good numbers of huge client.
