Role Responsibilities & Description•Competent knowledge about financial regulatory requirements, and responsibilities across India•Competence of setting priorities in an ambiguous and quick changing environment and achieve results autonomously•Reliability, engagement, flexibility and excellent ability to work in virtual teams•Professional use of MS Office and various payroll software. Strong Excel Skills to include knowledge of Pivot tables, filters, etc.Manage the payroll process on a monthly basis in conjunction with outsourced payroll providers.Complete the annual statutory filings for LinkedIn India in conjunction with external providers.Conduct best-in-class communications and business support with all members of the LinkedIn engineering and marketing /sales teams in IndiaDevelop and implement a reporting process, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to country managers and the businessWork with HR on the on-boarding process and benefits administration.Liaise with external & internal auditors & deliver the support documentation required.Work with corporate & finance teams on any ad hoc projects.Manage Cash flow requirementsFacilitate Banking arrangements and facilitiesFacilitate Business Plans, Budgets and Forecasts processOversee accounting functionTax compliance – Direct and IndirectLiaise with Government Agencies in conjunction with external consultants.Implement controls and Manage compliancesImplement Global Finance policy and procedures
