Datum is a semantic health data platform which can help answer complex queries in health data by linking it to biomedical knowledge graph and standard taxonomies. E.g. by linking concepts of long-covid or post acute covid-19 syndrome (PACS) across biomedical literature and clinical trial data, we can vastly enhance query capability in research. Datum knowledge graph sources include wikidata biomedical concepts, UMLS, drugbank, clinicaltrials.gov dataset and structured data extracted from biomedical journals.

Worked on building a healthcare knowledge-graph (healthcare KG) using semantic representation of healthcare ontologies such as UMLS and domain specific literature datasets such as PubMed journals filtered through major topics. This healthcare KG can answer questions related to research in drug repurposing, code mapping, clinical trial research and other general research queries related to drugs/genes/conditions.

Worked on semantic representation of study and subject data for NSCLC (Non small cell lung cancer) studies. Implemented ETL pipelines mapping omics and clinical data files to RDF based on SciInt (Scientific Intelligence Ontology), an ontology for study and biospecimen / genetic test results data. Implemented an Entity Event Knowledge Graph (EEKG) model on top of the SciInt ontology to build an analytics tapestry platform to link study data to other related knowledge sources including cross-study data. Implemented PoC analytics methodology to demonstrate capability of the EEKG analytics platform.
