Leading the technical design and development of the next generation SMB HR product suite covering HR, Benefits products, integration to Payroll, Talent and 3rd party Time products.- Delivered MVP HR within the first year of the job. Scaled the development processes, built frontend and backend architecture and a continuous integration framework.- Built a global team from 2 developers to 25 developers across multiple US and offshore locations. Built agile culture using scrum methodology with 4 sprint teams.- Led technical due-diligence for an acquisition and presented to the executive management the benefits and risks of the acquisition.- Awarded for hackathon events with projects covering Slack / HR product integration, Circles (a collaborative space for Employees) and Company news feed projects.

- Led the technical design and development of Fusion Talent Management cloud products and released them as part of Oracle Fusion Applications GA in Sep 2012. Managed global engineering team of 40 across 4 different countries through a team of Directors and Architects and reported to Group Vice President.- Division leading Go to Market results from two early adopter customers in 2012 to 60 live customers by Feb 2014.- Successfully pitched executive management for a new product idea around employee collaboration, recognition and engagement – Social Profile. Got the management buy-in to build the product with Fusion Middleware teams and delivered it as part of Fusion Applications GA in Sep 2012.- Led Product Management team to integrate Oracle Social Cloud features into HCM business processes. Got Executive Management sponsorship to execute the project and delivered to customers in Sep 2013.- Created M&A integration plan between Oracle Fusion Talent Management and Taleo.- Designed and delivered a new product Fusion Questionnaire in 8 weeks to meet an early adopter customer requirement for supporting 360-feedback in Performance Management product.- Led the Oracle team that took a Fortune 500 customer live on Fusion Talent Cloud implementation for their global workforce of 50,000 employees. Contributed to all parts of the project involving Fit-Gap analysis, Data ETL, Conference Room Pilots, SSO, Custom Reports and continued support post go-live.- Supported multiple Fortune 500 Oracle Cloud customers on their Fusion Talent Management implementation by actively resolving their functional and technical issues. - Customer lead for Oracle iRecruitment product 2004-2007. Helped customers make the right implementation choices. Conducted webinars, made customer site visits to demo product functionality and resolved functional / technical / performance issues. - Presented at Oracle conferences (OHUG, OOW) on product features and led Meet the Expert sessions.

- Designed and delivered the Performance Management (Appraisals) module on Java based OA Framework platform. This feature allows customers to do performance reviews of their employees, collect peer feedback and use the results in career advancement and compensation decisions. Led a team of 5 people to design and deliver this module. Technologies used were Java based OAF, Pl/Sql and Oracle database.- Designed and implemented Candidate Gateway (external recruiting site), Recruiter modules in Oracle iRecruitment product. These features allow customers to build their external recruiting site for potential job applicants to register with the site, upload their profile information, apply for jobs, track their application status and accept job offers. Led a team of 3 people to deliver this feature and used OAF, Pl/Sql and Oracle database.- Designed and delivered Manager Self-Service features as part of Core HR product. This feature allows Managers to perform employee status changes on their workforce. Worked on this project individually and used OAF, Pl/Sql and Oracle database technologies.- Supported customers (GE, Flag Telecom, Posco) on their implementation of Appraisals functionality using Oracle EBS - R11.- Helped in jump-starting our new development team in India by conducting knowledge transfer sessions. Guided new team members in picking up product functionality and resolving customer issues.

- Involved in developing an Access Control System (ACS) product for digital libraries. ACS is used by publishers to sell subscriptions of their journals on the web to universities, research organizations and individual users.- Developed an Administrative framework for managing Users and Content. The technologies used were HTML / JavaScript for front end UI, Java Web Server, Servlets and JSP for the middle tier and an Oracle database for transactional data.
