At Silver Touch Technologies Ltd I am responsible for successful Implementation of SAP Business One ERP at our Client Organization. I am assisted by team of 4 persons and my role includes conducting Business Requirement Gathering, Business Blueprint Auditing, System Preparation, Suggesting Additional Customization required as per client need, System Preparation as per Blueprint, Conducting and Supervising UAT Sessions and Finally Completing Go Live Phase. I also monitor on site/ Off Site support to the clients, Handing Multiple Projects at the same time also updating myself for any enhancement and changes delivered by SAP in the new releases.I also have and experience for developing Crystal Reports, Query Based Reports on SQL and Hana Environment. I do have developed various analytical dashboard as per the client need during my projects. I do demonstrate the Analytical dashboard and take requirement gathering from the current customers and prospects in marketplace and develop the same as per the client need. I also take freelance assignments for support of SAP Business One, Crystal Report Development and Analytical Dashboards Development.
