Recruited over 20 team members in Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela, and the Philippines for engineering, contract management, accounting & finance functions. Designed and implemented an integrated cloud-based platform to run the company on PROCORE, Unanet, ProEstimate, JustCall, Slack, and QBO. Doubled revenue and project backlog in 2020 and 2021. Sold to private investors.

Recruited by investors to aggressively acquire and integrate software development outsourcing companies in Eastern Europe and China. Business plan requires scaling the company to $200M annual revenue run rate while simultaneously creating global financial and operational infrastructure and preparing the company for an IPO. Contributions to date include:- Grew revenue 50% YOY through combination of acquisitions and organic growth.- Financed expansion by creating $25M of available liquidity.- Sourced and hired entire HQ team for Finance, Accounting, IT and HR.

Promoted to CFO by Board of Directors and CEO during management reshuffle, and charged with helping navigate through severe industry-wide downturn. Led teams with expertise in financial planning,external reporting, accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations, risk management, HR and facilities functions within a NASDAQ listed company. Later promoted to COO and took on responsibility for all business operations. Contributions include:- Saved $80 million by conducting open market purchases of publicly traded bonds and running a cash tender process that allowed for a restructuring of the bonds. - Negotiated, structured, and documented a unique $40 million hybrid debt/equity investment from a major global bank and secured $40 million of term loans and revolvers from commercial banks.

Promoted to turn around struggling Customer Service and Field Operations units comprised of 225 employees spanning 6 states. Results include:- Reduced unresolved tickets 66% and cut cancellations 90% through improved processes and systems.- Decreased average cycle time for installation of new service from 4 months to less than 2 months

Recruited by the chairman and investors to accelerate the expansion of the company into new geographic markets via an aggressive acquisition strategy. Results:- Orchestrated five acquisitions in 18 months adding $25 million in revenue while decreasing cycle time of roll-out to new markets by two years.- Worked closely with CEO, CFO, Investment Banks and SEC Counsel to complete $125 million IPO.

Recruited from graduate school to join fast-track leadership development program. During nearly a decade of achievement, advanced through six professional and leadership positions in five cities on three continents.- Partnered with local government and business leaders to create and launch the first Xerox branded franchise copy centers in China. Generated run rate revenue of $1 million in the first year.- Created and launched outsourcing and solutions product offerings in Moscow and St. Petersburg which generated $500,000 revenue in first six months.

Led $25M business unit with 100+ employees in a turnaround from “worst to first” in two years.
