– Re-instituted the Product Requirement Document process at Pillar and authored NAS and SAN PRDs to enhance the functionality of the existing Axiom 500 and future Axiom 600 and 800 product lines.– Helped Pillar double its customer list to a total of 294 customers in the single year when I product managed the Pillar Axiom product lines. This involved ongoing sales support, competitive positioning and interoperability with existing storage infrastructure at customer sites.– Helped Pillar be the first vendor to bring 750 GB and 1 TB drive shelves to market along with the industry’s most “green” storage array.– Helped Pillar grow ASPs by 21% in 1 year on the Axiom 500 product line.– Helped streamline the voice of the customer (VOC) by leading a cross functional team to handle prioritization, testing and documentation of interoperability testing.– Delivered online product demos to help Pillar VARs sell a total of 50 Axiom 300 arrays within the first year of launch.
