I founded RCD HR Consulting in 2014 to leverage my learning and expertise in helping companies align their HR processes and systems with business imperatives. I also facilitate organizational development and behavioral training interventions for MNCs and other corporates, and coach senior executives to achieve their potential.Before becoming a consultant, I spent 14 years in senior leadership roles, heading the HR function of two leading companies in the Biotech and Pharma sectors. I was responsible for building robust HR teams, developing and implementing HR practices, and supporting the growth and transformation of the organizations.
