Additionally, I led critical audit projects, including assessing intangible asset impairments and conducting acquisition reviews, and I designed risk tables for sustainability requirements, integrating them into the broader audit strategy.

From 2011 to 2014, as the Business Controller for Cargill Animal Nutrition & Health in India, I led a team of 10 finance professionals, focusing on financial planning, budget management, working capital optimization, and cost control. Partnering closely with the Managing Director, I played a key role in achieving a $3.5 million turnaround in the first year by tackling challenges such as inventory shrinkage, counterparty defaults, and cost management. I developed and implemented a business performance metrics system, which enhanced decision-making through the use of cross-functional KPIs. Additionally, I established a new credit policy that prioritized high-growth potential customers and introduced customer profitability analysis, which supported strategic financial decisions.
