I am a Delay Analyst specialising in forensic delay and disruption analyses for claims and claims’ defences where I regularly provide delay/scheduling opinion/advice in dispute resolution. Prior to that, I was heavily involved within the Construction Industry in various capacities- from site & project management to design management and quality supervision. I am a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) & a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS), an MBA from the Singapore Management University (SMU) and a Professional Diploma in Forensic Schedule (Delay) Analysis from the College of Contract Management, UK.
