The biggest project for Wedel Software at the time, the Astro Radio Network in Malaysia, initially employed me as an Onsite Project Manager. I spent a year managing and implementing the project onsite in Malaysia. I was transferred to the US in 2020 for two projects after completing the assignment effectively. I had to go back to India because of Covid, and ever since then I have managed and carried out more than 4 projects remotely. I managed support tickets while working as Level 2 support throughout this time. The corporation introduced a new product in 2021 that completely changed how the radio and podcasting industries play out and generate content. I served as the APAC region's subject-matter expert for the product. I played a key role in developing a comprehensive solution that was presented to all prospective target audiences.

I joined the Pre-Sales team to help the company grow in the APAC region by leveraging my product and industry knowledge. As part of broadening my knowledge and exploring new opportunities, I was given the opportunity to work with the Sales Team and develop client solutions. Worked with major APAC broadcasters to prepare pitch presentations and proposals, as well as detailed responses to RFPs and Tenders.

In 2009, I joined Star India Pvt Ltd (21 Century Fox) to launch the first version of the OnAir Broadcast Management System for 19 channels. A new version of the OnAir Broadcast Management System was released in 2014. As a consultant, I joined Sintec Media to assist in the implementation of the new version for 53 channels, including sports channels and the Digital Platform (Disney + HOTSTAR). Individual department gap analyses were documented, and functional description documents for newly developed features were created.Because the new version of the product had a lot of new capabilities that would help reduce additional development in the Core product, I was able to reduce operational risks and utilize the full potential of the product with my unique knowledge of the Domain and the legacy product. One important project goal was to reduce the amount of time required to achieve the daily goal. I was able to replace and eliminate time-consuming manual processes, saving users at least 2 hours per day in delivering the final output.

Turner International hired me as an in-house business analyst and subject matter expert to upgrade their existing BMS system from MSA Focus to Imagine Communications' Landmark & Vision. Created viable specifications and acceptance criteria for specification documents so that the vendor company could understand them during the development process. I defined requirements for improving any aspect of the processes and systems, as well as quantified potential business benefits.

Between 2003 and 2006, I worked for Vbizap Soft Solution, where I contributed to the growth and development of their product CHAMP. In 2012, Disney approached me about upgrading their legacy version and migrating new and legacy stations to the new version of CHAMP.I was tasked with gathering and analyzing the project's business requirements, as well as designing the best solution to meet those requirements. I gathered and evaluated requirements for a holistic business solution through various client workshops.I added tremendous value to the business after a successful go-live by developing a one-of-a-kind Text to TV application integrated with social media voting. Developed a comprehensive support process, including testing and upgrade procedures for any future versions.

I joined Star India Pvt Ltd during the de-merger of operations between Star India and Fox Hong Kong and played a critical role in moving Star India channels from the Legacy system to the OnAir Broadcast management system. The primary goal was to work with stakeholders to identify and address business issues via process improvements and technological solutions.My primary role after successfully managing the migration of 15 stations was L1 Support for business users. In addition, development of functional specification documents, deployment of solutions following UAT, SIT, and End to End testing. During this time, I also created detailed test scenarios, which aided in the version upgrade process.

When Reliance acquired a license to set up radio stations in India, I was recruited. Was involved in the vendor selection process. Following vendor training, I traveled across the country to set up radio stations and implement the Nexgen, Powergold and Wideorbit systems in each location.During this time I contributed to the creation of organizational-wide software deployment guidelines and templates. Corresponded with vendors about the RFP and aided in the vendor selection process until the contract was awarded. Conduct user training for all three systems at each site. Responsible for the deployment of functional solutions, such as establishing, adopting, and implementing system test strategies that assure the system's acceptable quality and integrity. Assisting in system project decision-making by serving as a central reference and information source. Identifying and assessing inefficiencies, as well as advocating best business practices and system functioning and behavior.

In three years, I was promoted and moved through three positions. Initially employed as a programmer. I was elevated to Manager Customer Support to address client-side requirements for India's only fully homegrown BMS system. During my tenure, I oversaw the implementation of three major media networks. Account manager for all clients in Mumbai, India.I created a new level of discipline by introducing rigorous project reporting to guarantee projects were finished on time and under budget; Collaborated with users to develop and document business needs. Served as a conduit between users, the development team, and IT operations throughout the development life cycle. User stories, use cases, test plans, mock-ups, and a feasibility report were created. Iterative requirement elicitation sessions, interviews, and surveys should be facilitated. Using data and process modeling tools to produce unambiguous system requirements for system software design and development. Making user and training manuals, as well as holding formal training classes.
