Conducts accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and moderately complex funds including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses and preparing reports. - Provides input into methodologies and checks the work of more junior team members. - Provides guidance and reviews work related to cash and asset reconciliations relating to complex accounts or transactions. - Resolves reconciliation of accounts for more complex or atypical transactions and reviews work of junior team members. - Drafts reports for clients regarding the performance of complex funds. - Reviews draft reports completed. - Regularly interacts with clients in answering questions and resolving issues regarding fund reports and accounting processes.

Roles & Responsibilities :• Accountable for the timeliness, accuracy and quality of generated reports based on client.• Contribute to the production of client portfolio statements and Net Asset Value (NAV)calculations for Hedge Fund clients serviced in the Bank of New York Mellon'sAlternative Investment Services Division (AIS).• Ensure all trades are timely and accurately input into the appropriate client portfolios ona daily basis.• Cash and position reconciliation.• Check accruals: Ensure accruals are being checked and properly posting to the portfolioson a daily basis.• Corporate action processing: Ensure all corporate actions that have occurred are properlyreflected in the client portfolios.• Book portfolio expenses: Ensure all expenses are accurately booked to the appropriateclient portfolios• Perform reconciliation on all payables and receivables.• Research and resolve discrepancies: Ensure all portfolio discrepancies are researched andresolved in a timely and accurate manner.
