I was responsible for the research & development of Advanced Digital Technologies Solutions across EXL’s Proprietary and Partnership led strategies, development of 'Digital' propositions for chosen markets leveraging AI, Speech-Text-Vision Digitization, Natural Language Processing(NLP/NLU), Intelligent Automation from Front Office to Back Office, Customer Context (Advanced Analytics) and Customer Experience (Self-Service, Chat Bots, Omni-Channel), and related emerging technologies.My primary focus is driving extreme-transformation, and enablement of EXL’s core Next-Gen Operations Management business and building repeatable packaged domain-centric transformational solutions and IPs. I helped the Advanced Automation & Robotics Consulting practice mature into a competitive global service delivery unit for driving Digital Transformation programs across verticals.

My responsibilities include capability and capacity development including key roles like Solution Architects, Transition Leaders, and service delivery leaders at onsite and offshore for IT Outsourcing/Application Support, Maintenance and Enhancement. The KPPs included influencing new business acquisition by developing proposition supported by capability across Sales and Delivery, and impacting operating margins of the USD 1.6B+ service with achievements of >100M USD savings a year.I was instrumental in setting up of Automation Research Center, to incubate next generation solutions by leveraging advancement in AI/Robotics, and analytics and orchestration. I had the satisfaction of developing a platform to enable collaboration and co-innovation across the COE, Delivery teams, and customers, for leveraging next generation technology for developing unique solutions for higher productivity, effectiveness and end user experience. The platform was well supported by a delivery and consulting framework with Lean Practices and some of the best productivity levers from the industry experience.
