Internal Training – Head the team for formulating and scheduling of training program to the new and existing resources in my divisions. Play a vital role in regular upgrade of the training method, material, review process, etc.Zeta Interactive provides highly skilled resources on contracts to clients. Resolving Queries and other technical issues. Coordinating with the technical team in Serbia through OTRS and updating the clients. Generating Invoices for the clients on monthly basis and maintaining them on Quick Books records. Demonstrating product for the new clients.
