I have enabled companies grow financially through partner programs and my driven focus on customer success. My understanding of design tools, design methods and end applications were enablers. One of the partner programs that I developed and grew was the simulation sign-off certification program with semiconductor vendors was initiated by mutual customers and implemented using bulk of the work performed by semiconductor vendors - assets that I neither owned nor managed, and using lots of good EQ skills. This program ended up playing a critical role in the over 250% growth in product revenue. Made sure all the program were well marketed and recently they were done using digital marketing automation tools. - Increased the perceived brand value of NetSpeed System by establishing its Connect Ecosystem of EDA, IP and ASIC Service providers- Partnered with TSMC to develop their first “customer-ready” statistical SPICE library using MunEDA solutions- Drove digital marketing – marketing automation, content development for website, emails, online advertisements. - Developed an ecosystem of semiconductor, EDA and IP vendors and drove "sign-off certification" for Synopsys VCS™. I am an active bicyclist and enjoy road biking. I am a red wine enthusiast. I am part of a team, and pretty much each year we buy two tons of grapes, and go through the complete process of making our own red wine. we do this in an office complex in San Jose, CA, and is a lot of fun!
