During early part of my career I worked in US for two years as part of an exchange program. In my career at FLSmidth, I worked in the areas of Project and Product engineering, Product /system configuration, Strategy development and deployment, Specialists mentoring and development, technical training, Lean implementation, Engineering quality improvement.I also worked in creating Leadership pipeline, Talent Management, Campus Recruitment, Employee Engagements, individual and team development and capacity building.
