Coordinating with all Staff. To schedule & delegate work instructions to quality representatives based on work orders within 24 hours of receipt of the same. To resolve queries of quality analyst/samplers.  To review and revert with comments to the HO or Clients on the QC reports Rigorously review the data entry done by operations team daily and ensure 100% error free entries. Team Building & identification of Quality persons in state  Ensuring use of calibrated field equipments Conducting IQC testing monthly Conducting CHI monthly Audit visit to each lab and warehouse for verifying Quality actives as per SOP.  Ensure that Quality documents are maintained properly at all locations.
