Lead - Report Analyst
CurrentMy Job responsibilities include the following:• Provide Oracle and People fluent Reporting services, regular and ad-hoc reports.• Problem solving, process improvement, problem and release management, testing.• Business process analysis, predictive modeling, analytical reporting, segmentation analysis, and data visualization.• Pulling data from multiple database sources and working with very large dataset, integrating data, profiling, validating, data cleansing/transformation and complex SQL databases• Work closely with cross-functional business/Stake owners to determine and meet their reporting and analytic needs and provide strategic planning ideas for ongoing daily operations and new opportunities for the continued growth.• Creating Metric data for different business verticals and provide/suggest improvement solutions for better business process.• Coordinate with Managers, Assistant Managers & Team Leaders for data collection, determine technical issues and design reports to meet data analysis needs. • Coordinating with Global Technology teams towards access creation, modification, deletion for new joiners & leavers for internal compliance.• Identify new source of data and methods to improve data collection, Analysis and Reporting.• Collect, analyze the store & inventory data to meet management needs.• Presentation reports in Excel Dashboard by using advanced excel.• Presenting weekly & monthly process wise Performance Dashboards to the Senior Management.• Implement new ideas for improve workflow process. • Regular communicate between various teams and the end clients to ensure timely delivery for their deliverables.
