 Familiar in basic Fabrication, construction, QC Inspection engineering of equipment’s used in process plants such as Heat exchanger, Pressure Vessels, Boiler, Piping (pipe, tube, Valve, fitting) equipment’s, Storage tanks, Mechanical Equipment’s and other processing equipment’s (as per code, standard, spec) Familiar and conversant with the international Boiler and Pressure Vessels Codes (Fabrication, Erection, Inspection &Test) such as ASME Section II (Part A, B, C, D), Section VIII Division 1, Section IX Familiar and conversant with the PIPING systems Codes (Fabrication, Erection, Inspection & Test) such as ASME B31.3, ASME B16 Familiar and conversant with the international Storage tanks standard (Fabrication, Erection, Inspection & Test) such as API 620 ,650 Familiar and conversant with the international shell & tube heat exchanger standards, codes (Fabrication, Erection, Inspection & Test) such as TEMA, API 660, 661, ASME SEC. VIII. Familiar in QC & INSPECTION activities which includes preparation and witness of Inspection test plan(ITP) Responsible for Maintaining and analyzing flange protocols, and bolting specialist performance, including meeting the requirements. Ensuring that flange fitters and other personnel perform their duties in accordance with the guidelines and all applicable site standards and requirements Familiar and conversant with the WPS & PQR-WQT preparation as per ASME Section IX Familiar and conversant with the welding inspection as per AWS, ASME, API Familiar and conversant with the welding Technology as per AWS, ASME, API Experience in NDT techniques (VT, RT, UT, PT, MT) & different types of equipment’s used for NDT and preparation/reviewing of reports (as per ASME, SEC. V requirements)  Familiar and conversant with the Preheat & PWHT procedures preparation and witness Familiar and conversant with the hydrostatic test procedures Familiar with In-service pressure vessel and Piping inspection code such as API 510 ,570 Experience in Material consistent analysis and replacement as per different standards, corrosion resistance material selection, Material selection, Material analysis methods (as per ASME, ASTM, API, DIN, NACE requirements) for process plant equipment’s. Experience in welding repair of process plant equipment’s. Familiar and conversant with paint coating & insulation inspection as per SSPC/NACE. Familiar and conversant with failure analysis of process plant equipment’s as per ASME.
