Manage IT Service desk

Leading a team of Twenty five IT associates to manage Ashokleyland IT infrastructure, On-site Support & Management.Allocating the tasks to the team members, knowledge sharing and providing technical assistance to the team. Responsible for Customer satisfaction, process adherence. Coordination to meet committed SLA for different issues.Holding efficient meetings to identify issues, risks and communicating status. Maintaining complete IT assets Software & Hardware inventory of Microsoft based workstations/Servers for Asset Management initiative.Coordinating activities with multiple service partners, vendors of Ashokleyland. Updating the client and company with plans and progress of project & future activitiesAnalyzing repeated issues and populating Problem Analysis Report to prevent Reoccurrence.Daily / Monthly/yearly Service performance report generation & submission.Responsible for performance monitoring, customer feedbacks, motivation of team members.
