As a Senior Talent Acquisition• Responsible for End to End Recruitment and Interacting with the clients regarding their requirements and Job Description• Sourcing candidates through our Consultancy database, Posting the Job requirements and downloading the resumes from Job Sites like (Naukri,Linkedin,Monster)• Apply extensive sourcing methods to find the right candidates by leveraging different tools like Internet sourcing, Networking, Job Portals, References, Mass Mailing etc.• Screening of resumes and short listing the CV’s according to the requirements of the Company.• Initial screening and short-listing of candidates based on both technical and communication skills. Clarifying the queries of candidates related to the requirement.• Submitting resumes on time, follow-up, arranging interviews with short listed consultants.• Convincing the candidates on the respective offers, terms and conditions of the firm. Follow up with applicants till they join the company.Recruitment & Selection• Participate in recruitment planning• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications• Prepare and post jobs Social Media/LinkedIn/webites• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc• Screen candidates resumes and job applications• Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes• Conducting Induction & orientation to new employeesTraining & Development• Participate in conducting training needs analysis• Communicate/coordinate with external training facilities and internal departments to coordinate training sessions• Coordinate with the HR team the annual evaluation process.Personnel & Employee Relations• Conducting daily attendance and applying rules based on company’s handbook• Involved in HR investigations• Coordinate with our social insurance & labor low facility
