 Prepare CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) jobs and cost effective production panels and routing/drilling programs in special CAM software (GENESIS) and send files to concerned manufacturing departments including drilling and film plotting sections. Review PCB designs considering manufacturing plant capability. It includes DRCs or Design rule checks like minimum copper trace widths and their isolations from the rest of copper area in copper layers, minimum drill size, layer counts etc. in CAM software. Analyze PCB designs carefully and prepare PCB design query document if required. Generate ECNs (Engineering Change Requests) as per customer requirement and provide necessary instructions to all concerned departments. Fill CRFs and check the manufacturing feasibility for repeat orders as well. Cross verify production panels prepared by other Engineers and provide them necessary feedback and suggest required corrections if any. Follow all standard process checklists for various operations including production panel preparation, Its Cross verification, ECN etc. Check the field returned or rejected PCBs and help manufacturing team in finding the root cause of the problem. Take necessary corrective actions at CAM stage to avoid rejections Work closely with team of Engineers and support in maintaining healthy team environment

 Production: Lead and supervise to ensure smoother operation by taking preventive measurements Operations: provide constant detailed maintenance on belts, chains and gear drives, check on load and stress, preventive maintenance in case of mechanical equipment failure Analyzing the Gerber files/FAB drawings received for any designing errors, Imperfections and critical issues. Quoting for the PCB Design and PCB Specifications. Clarifying any PCB Manufacturing queries by the clients and giving suggestions as per their requirements. Co-ordination with subordinates and manpower handling & Development for achieving desired Targets. Monitor plan Vs Actual production. Daily Production Planning against main line targets according to the available man power. Material stock as per planning Co-ordination with Material manager. Monitor rejection in DPM and implement action to reduce it. Daily attend production meeting with Line supervisor. Analysis & Corrective action on Rejections. Monitor the Daily Efficiency of Production. Monitor the Breakdown of machine and shortage of Material and the take necessary action to reduce down time.
