 P&L responsibility of company’s switchgear operations  My responsibilities lie in generating business opportunities across Qatar for ABB make LV Panel boards in projects Own and enhance long-term customer relationships/partnerships by providing ultimate customer satisfaction Rigorously implementing a systematic approach to sales and projects execution Seek, qualify and close large & more complex sales opportunities with a specific focus on business growth and to improve market share Responsible for all market analysis and reporting the data to the management  Sign budget target with the management and responsible for achieving the same using a lean team Monitor the competitiveness and set up price comparisons of core products Creates competitive, high quality and timely estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis. Train the clients on products, processes and new technologies coming up in the industry  Interact with consultants to specify ABB products in the new projects by highlighting the uniqueness Conduct weekly, monthly, yearly meeting to evaluate the sales Engineers performance in terms of order booking, new customer generation, segment business improvements etc,

✓ My responsibilities lie in generating business opportunities across Qatar for Schneider Electric makes Switchgear projects✓ Identify business opportunities for LV Switchgear from MEP Contractor.✓ Co-ordination with Clients/ Consultants/ Contractors/ Government Departments & Vendors.✓ Identify and generate solution based business opportunities.✓ Monitor and Report competitor’s activities to management.✓ Prepare the technical & prequalification Submittal and get the product approval.✓ Conduct technical evaluations, cost estimation and techno-commercial negotiations.✓ Ensure timely execution of orders as per customer’s requirements & achieve the business goals.✓ Execution of Business through consultants/contractors with Mega and Multi located customers.✓ Handling of all the major Key accounts in Qatar

 My responsibilities lie in generating business opportunities across Abu Dhabi/ Dubai for Siemens / L&T make Switchgear products and Drives.  Identify business opportunities for LV Switchgear from MEP Contractor & PB segment.  Identify and generate solution based business opportunities, and to create the Automation need for productivity improvement. Analysis of the existing system and proposal of suitable low voltage products and VFD drives to satisfy the requirement of the customers.  Identify potential energy saving applications and propose suitable solutions using VFD Conduct technical evaluations, cost estimation and techno-commercial negotiations. Ensure timely execution of orders as per customer’s requirements & achieve the business goals.

 My responsibilities lie in generating business opportunities across Abu Dhabi for Schneider makes Low voltage switchgear and Drives products. Co-ordinate with Clients/Consultants to understand the drawings/specifications for preparation of Bill of Materials during pre-bid stage  Handling multiple projects of different scales simultaneously  Execution of Business through MEP contractors and consultants with Mega and Multi located customers.  Prioritizing & planning the delivery of each project accurately.  Co-ordinate with local Electricity authority for any approval issue
